Hi,
Please rebuild all threads of your documents: Main Document -> Response Documents at the destination database!
At the destination database, you can open the source database, and then open the indicated main document. From main document, you can get all child documents. You can put them into a document collection. From that, you build documents at your current database with the way you behave towards original documents. Please refer to manipulate on UniversalID property.
